About the Role: Customer Relationship Specialist
In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inbound telephone calls regarding their policies, insurance questions, inquiries, or concerns. Key Responsibilities:
Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
Take ownership of ensuring that every customer interaction exceeds their expectations
Assist customers over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
Learn insurance products and processes in a training environment, committing to ongoing development and growth
Work in a dedicated workspace, free from distractions, during training and work hours
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

High-speed broadband internet service (minimum upload/download speeds of 10Mbps/100 Mbps)
Internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway, hardwired to the arenaflex-issued computer with an Ethernet cable
