**Job Purpose**

As an Experienced Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and processing customer orders, inquiries, and issues related to our products. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management. You'll work closely with our sales staff, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, build relationships, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist front-line supervisors by providing customer experience support and playing a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity and turnaround times.
* Handle the most complex and valuable issues for assigned book of business while building customer loyalty and confidence.
* Strengthen relationships with sales by training and implementing new processes, policies, and procedures through user acceptance testing and facilitating training.
* Lead team initiatives and train and mentor other team members to drive excellence and consistency.
* Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on common arenaflex procedures and software.
* Take on special project work to drive innovation and improvement.
* Complete timely order processing, confirmations, order tracking/status updates, product availability, and all other internal and external customer inquiries.
* Work effectively with all functional areas (sales, ops, finance, etc.) to satisfy customer needs.
* Manage resolution of pricing, invoicing, credits, payments, shipping discrepancies, and other complex inquiries for the customer with appropriate personnel.
* Perform other duties as assigned to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications**

* Able to plan, organize, and prioritize with minimal supervision to drive results and meet deadlines.
* Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
* Proficient in computer and technical skills, including software applications and systems.
* Decision-making skills and independent judgment to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
* Ability to manage customer challenges in a professional and decisive manner to drive customer satisfaction.
* Customer service experience preferred, but not required.

**Work Experience**

* 3-5 years of related job experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
* Proven track record of building customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.

**Education**

* Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
* High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience and skills.
