We believe in a good work-life balance and work with our employees on days they need to take off. **A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Phone Representative** In this part-time position, you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly at arenaflex. You'll answer incoming calls, book service appointments, and manage our club membership base, ensuring that our clients always feel prioritized. You'll work closely with the dispatcher to make sure each call is scheduled efficiently, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. When things get busy, you'll stay proactive, making outbound calls and helping to renew memberships.
