About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team. As a Customer Service or Food Preparation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to work in either our customer service area or our food preparation area, both of which are critical to the success of our restaurant. Our shifts are flexible and vary throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon, and dinner shifts. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience Help customers order their favorite blithequark meals Prepare all of blithequark's World Famous food Partner with other team members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun Keep the restaurant looking fantastic Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have an outstanding, hospitable attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We will teach you the rest. You must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Customer Service or Food Preparation Specialist at blithequark. Essential Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or food preparation High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
