**The Role**

As a Customer Service & Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers consolidate their retirement accounts and achieve their long-term financial goals. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service through chat, email, and phone calls, and working closely with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. Your expertise will help us refine our services, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with us.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Guide customers through the Capitalize rollover experience, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes.
* Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers, facilitating transactions and resolving issues as needed.
* Contribute to our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs, sharing your expertise with colleagues and customers alike.
* Synthesize customer feedback, sharing insights with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation.

**What You'll Bring**

* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Experience working in the financial industry, preferably with FINRA licenses (e.g. Series 6, 7).
* A genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals, with a passion for making a positive impact.
* Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Ability to work flexible hours if necessary, with a strong commitment to resolving customer issues and meeting deadlines.
* Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced organization is a plus, but not required.
