**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our retail store operations in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, directing and supervising front-end functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Create an outstanding customer experience by ensuring that all customer service, cash control, labor control, expense, and supply controls are being followed.
* Direct and supervise all front-end functions, including customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
* Lead and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive work environment.
* Manage fiscal budgets, in-stock inventory, shrink, expenses, and labor management with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
* Participate actively as a coordinated, motivated management team, training and coaching team members on KPIs, customer service, product knowledge, and safety and sanitation procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety, USDA, and COOL regulations.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 3-6 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
* Strong customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
* Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department
* Possession of Food Safety Certification or the ability to obtain same within 180 days of placement
* High standard of integrity and reliability
* Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
* Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
* Language proficiency in English and Spanish
* Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and labor control
