**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* **Profit and Loss Management**: Oversee the financial performance of the facility, ensuring profitability and identifying areas for improvement.
* **Inside Sales Team Supervision**: Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
* **Customer Inquiries**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products and services, resolving issues and providing solutions.
* **Price Quotes and Product Sourcing**: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes, source products, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs.
* **Outside Sales Team Support**: Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities, provide product knowledge, and drive sales growth.
* **Team Leadership**: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, morale, and productivity, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

* **3-5 years of experience** in industrial distribution, specifically with industrial pumps and rotating equipment.
* **3 years of management experience**, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
* **Strong people skills**, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
* **MS Outlook, basic Excel, and ERP software experience**, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
* **Self-motivation**, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
* **Effective and proven team leadership**, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.
