As a customer-centric organization, we prioritize building strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Insurance Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries and concerns. * Assisting members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. * Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. * Providing detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing member transfers, escalations, and call backs, ensuring efficient resolution of complex issues. * Efficiently operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels. * Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * The ability to provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally by phone and email. * The ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications. * Knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements. * The ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire. **Nice-to-haves** While not essential, the following experience and skills would be beneficial: * 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment. * 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, e-mail, and/or face to face. * US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner. **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. * 401(k) and pension plans. * Life insurance. * Parental benefits. * Adoption assistance. * Paid time off program with paid holidays plus 16 paid volunteer hours. * Various wellness programs. * Career path planning and continuing education assistance. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
