As a Customer Service Home Agent, you'll be the friendly face of our brand, welcoming customers to Skillifyx and assisting them with their queries from the comfort of your own home office in Maine. Our customer service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and we're looking for candidates who can commit to working during our busiest days, particularly Mondays and Tuesdays. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Home Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a legendary experience with Hiretide.
