With a focus on growth, development, and teamwork, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking flights, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and providing exceptional customer service to meet corporate objectives. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all customers * Monitor computerized passenger boarding to ensure accurate and timely departures * Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors * Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required, providing clear and concise communication to customers * Operate the Jetway, ensuring safe and efficient access to aircraft * Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives, including resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner **Essential Qualifications and Competencies** * Successful completion of training course, with a focus on customer service, safety procedures, and airport operations * Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration * Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with a focus on clear and concise messaging * Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask, with a focus on efficiency and productivity * Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, with a focus on safety and physical well-being **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous airline experience, with a focus on customer service and airport operations * Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues * Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs, with a focus on efficiency and productivity **Work Environment** * Use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency * Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels, with a focus on safety and physical well-being * All shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability **Physical Requirements** * Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs, with a focus on safety and physical well-being * Handle objects up to 70 pounds, with a focus on safety and physical well-being * Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs, with a focus on safety and customer care **Benefits and Compensation** * Competitive salary, with a starting rate of $18.25/hourly * Paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the arenaflex network * Medical and dental available, with a focus on employee well-being and benefits * Bonuses awarded in accordance with company policies and applicable criteria, with a focus on performance and achievement **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and reliable professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
