You'll also provide customer support while on-site and via email and phone, maintain timely and detailed service records, and respond to emergency situations. This is a remote position with travel opportunities to customers within surrounding areas and states. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on arenaflex equipment, including: + Static transfer switches + Power distribution equipment + Remote power panels * Provide customer support while on-site and via email and phone * Maintain timely and detailed service records in the arenaflex system * Respond to emergency situations and provide critical incident support * Regularly scheduled time slots for 24/7 incident response **Requirements** * Service experience with electric power systems – Required * Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required * Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required * Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC-based programs – Required * Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required * Associate degree in electrical field – Preferred * Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred * Clean driving record – Required * US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status – Required **Work Location** * Training will be conducted at arenaflex Headquarters in Aurora, Ohio * Field service work will be performed at customer sites through the US and Canada, requiring travel * At times, weekend or possibly holiday work may be required **Compensation & Benefits Package** * Salary non-exempt status * Group health, vision, and dental benefits * Competitive 401(k) match * Generous paid time off * Simplified travel expense processing **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal employment opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
