Your Role: Providing Exceptional Customer Service
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
Providing excellent customer service through active listening
Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
Appropriately communicating with customers
Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Providing feedback on call issues
Qualifications: What We're Looking For
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
To be over 18 years of age
The ability to type 25 wpm
A High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer systems
Proven oral and written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills
The ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
To work from home successfully, you will need:
A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Proof of internet speed required
A clean and quiet workspace
