**The Role**

As a Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via telephone. You'll work on an inbound telephone channel, helping customers who are inquiring about employment status, general claims, payments, advances, and other government-related issues. You'll also be responsible for:

* Providing excellent service to a diverse range of customers and employers
* Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
* Making a difference to people's lives by informing customers of benefit payments that can help with living costs
