We're passionate about empowering our customers to get the best results quickly and efficiently, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal. **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Service Delivery Station Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery or resolving a delivery issue, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our customers receive a great experience every time. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and provide support * Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer * Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses * Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome * Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Requirements** * High School or equivalent diploma * Previous experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on resolving issues and providing support * Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency * Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook * Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience * Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators * Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand * Experience in process improvement, customer experience, data analysis, and customer retention **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, with a focus on empowering our employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we're looking for talented individuals who share this vision * We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary, with a base pay ranging from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market * Total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, including: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) matching program + Paid time off and holidays + Employee assistance program + And more! **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the skills and passion we're looking for, please submit your application today.
