**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Data Representative to join our growing team in Durham, NC. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $18.00. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Utilizing internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants
* Entering case information into our case management system with precision and accuracy
* Engaging and responding to participants by following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data via phone
* Communicating the goals of the survey to participants and explaining why their participation is valuable; encouraging participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate
* Attending all mandatory training sessions related to survey data collection
* Maintaining quality standards for data collection
**Key Responsibilities**
* Data Collection and Entry:
+ Utilize internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants
+ Enter case information into our case management system with precision and accuracy
+ Ensure data quality and integrity by following established protocols and procedures
* Participant Engagement:
+ Engage and respond to participants by following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data via phone
+ Communicate the goals of the survey to participants and explain why their participation is valuable
+ Encourage participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate
* Training and Development:
+ Attend all mandatory training sessions related to survey data collection
+ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Quality Assurance:
+ Maintain quality standards for data collection
+ Identify and report any issues or concerns related to data quality or participant engagement
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
* High school diploma or GED
* Quiet, disruption-free workspace to preserve sound quality and protect confidential information
* High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed
* Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell)
* Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully
* Excellent computer skills and experience maneuvering between multiple programs/systems
* Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with a variety of people
* Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective time management and ability to work independently as required
