Job Summary The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, and providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Promotes and sells air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders Provides assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance Interprets authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments Meets and dispatches planes within set-up times Provides assistance to distressed passengers and customers Protects company assets and revenue Provides for a safe journey Possesses the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties Uses organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe Is self-motivated and requires minimum supervision Responds and assists during safety and emergency situations Follows internal/external regulations and procedures May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum Qualifications High school degree or GED Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Bilingual language skills are required in some locations Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable Must be able to obtain stable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities What We Offer As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: Travel Perks Ready to explore the world?
