About the Role: Customer Service Consultant
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for responding to sales leads and customer inquiries, ensuring that our customers can buy the vehicle they want in a way that suits them. You will connect with inbound customers online and over the phone, using your knowledge of our inventory to guide them towards vehicles that meet their needs. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing an unrivaled customer service experience that sets us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
Guide customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an iconic customer experience
Mentor others as your skillset expands, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team
Achieve sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience
Acquire the necessary licenses and certifications, such as the Automotive Sales Persons License, as required by specific states


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
Hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
Must meet minimum technology requirements, including type and speed of internet service
Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
