**What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Center Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Supervising and directing the activities of Customer Service Representatives, including phone and email support, inventory management, credit, and dispatch of delivery and service
* Handling customer service issues and ensuring that customer service is performed to the highest standard
* Reviewing and managing key metrics for calls, customer care, delivery efficiency, and net promoter scores
* Training and developing competent Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Dispatchers
* Providing support to multiple remote delivery centers across the US
* Ensuring prompt responses and resolutions to complex customer billing or service issues by coordinating with sales, delivery managers, and corporate staff

**What You Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Five years or more of job-related experience, preferably in a related customer service environment
* Proven track record of management success
* Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and develop teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical ability to review and understand business reports
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
