Key Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Generate sales leads by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.


What We Help Our Customers with

Dealer referrals to distributors
Provide customers with order information, assistance, and product support
Transactional services, including orders, claims, and invoicing
Act as a switchboard for the company, using a database to refer customers to the appropriate department


Specific Responsibilities for this Position

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Route calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Enter accurate ordering information into the company system, ensuring seamless order processing
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word), with familiarity with SAP and Call Centre, and Sales Force a plus

Education and Qualifications
