Key Responsibilities Respond to patient inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns. Develop and foster patient relationships on every interaction, building rapport and demonstrating a genuine interest in their well-being. Document patient profile information and update medical history as necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handle a high volume of calls and chats (average of 40-50 per day), toggling through multiple applications on multiple screens. Utilize active listening skills to meet tailored patient needs, providing positive outcomes and resolving customer complaints through independent problem-solving. Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve patient experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and partnership. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred. A dedicated workspace with no distractions is required for remote work. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English. Empathetic and understanding, with a patient-centric approach to customer service. Ability to type at least 25 wpm and possess strong problem-solving skills. Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a telehealth or healthcare setting. Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems.
