About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our Business Banking Operations team. Key Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of applications, monitoring status, performing follow-ups, and ensuring that required documentation and expectations are met to complete the application process while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide support to internal and external clients in account management, operations, documentation, and technical assistance. Resolve basic or strategic client issues related to products and services, billing, account queries, or record transfers with minimal impact. Exercise judgment within defined boundaries while developing an understanding of relevant policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, supporting client services and providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 6 years of customer support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. A bachelor's degree or equivalent. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Ability to handle multiple and competing demands, remain organized, and focus on tasks. Experience with line management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally oriented environment. High-level Microsoft Office skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Small Business Administration (SBA) experience. Call center or customer-facing experience. Financial institution experience. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
