As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with internal teams to develop strong business relationships and drive customer satisfaction through arenaflex's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy. **Key Responsibilities** • **Manage Backlog Orders and Open Orders**: Communicate late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions. • **Investigate Credit and Debit Requests**: Analyze and resolve customer queries and requests, issuing credit or debit as necessary to maintain a positive customer experience. • **Provide Technical Support**: Answer technical queries from customers using online resources and offer alternatives using available solutions, ensuring customers receive the support they need to succeed. • **Drive Corrective Actions and Improvement Projects**: Identify areas for improvement and develop projects to raise customer satisfaction levels, driving business growth and loyalty. **Education and Experience** • **4+ Years of Related Work Experience**: We're looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in customer service, sales, or a related field. • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's degree or equivalent preferred. • **Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve complex issues. **Competencies** • **Values**: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork • **Customer Focus**: You'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. • **Collaboration**: You'll work closely with internal teams to develop business relationships and drive customer satisfaction. • **Problem-Solving**: You'll be able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, more connected world.
