**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Associate III at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling moderate to complex inquiries, addressing policy and billing issues, and resolving service concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our organization, and your ability to empathize with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and provide accurate and helpful solutions will make all the difference.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle moderate to complex inquiries from internal and external customers, addressing various types of policies and billing issues in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner.
* Document customer requests and complete changes to policies, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and updated.
* Remain current on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries, utilizing all available resources and tools.
* Provide clear explanations of customer documentation, including follow-ups and updates as warranted.
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures.
* Process changes to customer policies with accuracy, identifying opportunities for cross-sales (if applicable).
* Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion, and displaying empathy for the caller's situation.
* Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled.
* Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using computer applications and software
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
* Knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures
* Certification in customer service or a related field (Preferred)
