**Experienced Customer Service Associate II – Retail Store Operations and Customer Experience**

As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores are clean, welcoming, and well-stocked, while providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. **Your Role at arenaflex** As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties will include, but are not limited to: • Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards • Merchandising and stocking as needed to ensure a visually appealing store environment • Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable • Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders • Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of accuracy • Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to arenaflex's cash handling policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or leadership team* **Your Skills and Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience: • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred, but not required • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, such as policies and procedures, is required • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required, with a focus on providing a positive and welcoming experience for all customers • Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments • High level of integrity is required, with a commitment to upholding arenaflex's values and standards • Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register **Your Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the health, wealth, and mental well-being of our employees.
