**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting guests and creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors
* Educating guests on our single wash, upgrades, and membership packages
* Offering and selling BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades
* Processing payments efficiently and accurately
* Ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor
* Preparing vehicles within company guidelines
* Conducting quality control checks to ensure all vehicles are BLISS clean and wiped down within company guidelines
* Providing excellent service to ensure all guests have a great experience
* Maintaining a safe and clean work area
* Performing after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule (Cleaning site includes but is not limited to Tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.)
* Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper uniform/appearance policy
* Following company safety protocol
* Being a team player and adapting to changing situations
**Job Qualifications**
We're looking for individuals with a combination of experiences in the car wash, retail, and guest service industries. However, we're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need:
* The ability to maintain the highest level of service at all times
* Flexibility to adapt to a high-volume retail environment while working in a team
* Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
* Demonstrated ability to improve through training
* Excellent communication and follow-through skills to build great relationships with guests and co-workers
**Work Schedule and Reporting Relationships**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work a full-time or part-time schedule with the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. You'll report directly to the Site Manager and be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
**Working and Environmental Conditions**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work mainly outdoors and at times indoors. You'll be exposed to fumes from equipment, cleaning solvents, and constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions. Some noise and vibration exposure is also expected.
**Physical Demands**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to:
* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Stand or walk for long periods of time
* Operate all related equipment
