**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Outstanding phone skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Experience with point-of-sale devices, copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and laminating machines
