Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Model and grant a distinctive and exquisite customer experience
Register sales on assigned cash sign-in and provide clients with courteous, honest, friendly, and efficient checkout service
Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with services and products
Resolve customer problems and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain counters and shelves smoothly and nicely merchandised, take inventory, and maintain data
Implement company asset protection methods to recognize and minimize profit loss
Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
Construct and maintain presentations, including promotional, seasonal, special systems, and sale products
Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by guidelines/procedures
Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative device, and suggestive promote of promotional photo products
Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders in Photo Care Plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store
Assist with outdoor and indoor maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
Complete special assignments and other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
Prefer to have previous work experience with our company
