Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Register customer purchases on assigned sales registers, process transactions, and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment. Recommend products and services to customers, suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, displays, and stockroom. Perform tasks related to inventory management, such as receiving and stocking merchandise, and processing returns and exchanges. Support the sales team by promoting products, participating in visual merchandising, and executing promotional displays. Assist with online order fulfillment, including picking and packing orders, and handling customer inquiries related to online orders. Maintain knowledge of store systems, equipment, and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on products, services, and company policies. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. Familiarity with blithequark's products, services, and policies. Knowledge of sales principles, customer service techniques, and inventory management practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
