About the Role We are seeking a talented and passionate Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to join our diverse team. As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will interact with customers via inbound calls, providing support and resolution to their questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via inbound calls to provide support and resolution to their questions and concerns Achieve specific support and resolution targets on every call Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution targets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
