* Participate in sales and revenue growth initiatives, including Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist roles
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
