Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. As a key member of our team, you will audit operations teams' and system outputs, suggest and implement process and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational excellence
Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
