**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service and Benefits Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert guidance on our benefits programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective benefits programs, ensuring seamless communication and execution
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service and benefits administration
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Proficient level English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

**Compensation and Benefits**
