Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various industries. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Set appointments and generate leads for our clients in the sales and consulting sectors. For licensed insurance agents, sell insurance products and provide customer support. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a home-based environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in using customer service software and technology. For insurance agent positions, a valid insurance license is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling complex customer inquiries and resolving issues. Knowledge of sales principles and practices. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment. Here's what you can expect: Competitive starting wage of $9.50 per hour, with the potential to increase to between $11.50 and $14.25 per hour after 30 days, based on performance and skill development.
