As a Customer Service Ambassador 2024, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to excellence, and we're excited to welcome you to our family. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Ambassador 2024, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer calls, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Assisting with website or application-related issues, providing solutions and guidance to customers * Answering questions regarding products or services, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings * Documenting customer interactions in our client system, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation * Transferring data from documents into our client's system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Making outbound calls to collect customer information missing from applications, as needed * Additional duties as required, to be discussed during your interview **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of call center experience * Commitment to attending online training, with 100% attendance required * Ability to complete and pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Desktop or laptop (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible) * Operating system: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or Newer * Processor speed: Dual Core 2 GHz or better (Recommended i5+ or Ryzen equivalent processor) * RAM: 8GB or better * All peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, or wireless headset are NOT allowed) * Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds * DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service, no wireless carriers like T-Mobile or Verizon) * Wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation * Active, functioning webcam * Second monitor/screen required **Application Process** To complete your application, you'll need to take a screenshot (saved as PNG or JPEG) of the following two items and upload them in your application: 1.
