* Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Ideal Candidate:**
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program related to administrative fields
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a results-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities
* Strong command of English and Spanish, with additional languages a significant plus
* Ability to sign a practice agreement with universities or study centers
