**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries.
* Investigating and resolving member inquiries promptly or escalating as needed.
* Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures to ensure confidentiality and data security.
* Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead.

**What We Require (Qualifications)**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
* **1 Year of Customer Service Experience**: You'll need at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
* **Eligibility to Work in the United States**: You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Strong PC Skills**: You'll need to be proficient in using multiple software systems and have strong PC skills.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices.
* **Attention to Detail**: You'll need to be detail-oriented and able to accurately process and resolve member inquiries.

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

* **Previous Call Center Experience**: Experience working in a call center environment, especially in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
* **Experience Working Remotely**: If you have experience working remotely, you'll be well-suited for this role.
* **Fluency in Spanish**: Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as you'll be interacting with members who may have limited English proficiency.
