About the Role As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, providing top-notch service to their customers. Key Responsibilities Receive and handle inbound English language calls with professionalism and courtesy. Make outbound calls to existing clients and customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and forward messages to clients as necessary. Meet and exceed Quality Assurance standards and other key performance metrics. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients and their customers. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you must possess: Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Flexible Availability: Open availability to work varied shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Strong Listening and Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to listen attentively, ask pertinent questions, understand customer concerns, and address objections. Adaptability and Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software. Previous Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Leadership Skills: Potential to take on leadership roles or mentor new team members.
