Experienced Customer Service Agent for Clinical Trials Support – 2nd/3rd Shift Opportunity with arenaflex in Indianapolis

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies What We Offer As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
