We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport Professional, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent customer service and meeting corporate objectives as part of a team * Maintaining a deep understanding of both company goals and customer expectations when completing daily tasks * Assisting customers with special needs, ticket sales, flight itinerary changes, seat assignments, and tracing mishandled luggage * Operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, aircraft servicing, and calculating baggage and cargo weights * Working together with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences * Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment **Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: * Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Ability to work outside in all weather conditions * Ability to lift up to 70 pounds * Successful completion of training course * At least 18 years of age * High school diploma or GED * Valid driver's license **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous airline experience * Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider * Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs **Work Environment** As a Customer Service Agent – Cross-Trained Airport Professional, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels.
