Job Summary: Customer Experience Representative
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the voice of ACT, using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, handling inbound calls from consumers regarding billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, internet and cell phone services, and mortgage servicing. If you're a problem-solver with excellent negotiation skills, a self-driven and motivated individual who thrives in a customer-facing role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
Respond promptly to customer needs, soliciting feedback to improve service and responding to requests for assistance
Maintain confidentiality, listen actively, and remain open to new ideas and approaches
Communicate clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations, responding quickly and effectively to customer queries
Multitask to document customer interactions while providing exceptional service
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, continually seeking ways to improve quality and promote excellence
Meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner and striving to increase efficiency
Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality, adhering to company policies and procedures
Follow instructions, respond to management direction, and take responsibility for your actions and commitments
Perform other duties as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt
Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies We Look For
To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at ACT, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
The ability to pass a criminal background check
Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
