Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch assistance to our customers with inquiries, bookings, and various airline-related services. This is a part-time or full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $22 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations, as well as rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations. Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment, rectify oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades as needed. Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel accommodations, food, and transportation. Operate gate readers/scanners and perform related tasks, including pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on bags, and exiting row criteria. Make boarding and departure gate announcements, deliver domestic/international flight files, and perform passenger service flight close-out procedures. Accept, check, and tag passengers' bags at decision centers, full-service ticket counters, and first-class ticket counters. Maintain the timeline of the flight boarding process, process and complete credit card bag transactions at kiosks, and assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk bag processing. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED or international equivalent. Bilingual language skills required in some locations. Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities. Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable. Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System. Previous face-to-face customer service experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and technology. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
