* **Technical Aptitude**: Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired.
* **Basic Understanding of Life Insurance**: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred.
* **Education**: High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
* **Internet Requirements**: Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN.
