Reporting to the Glasgow Head Office, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotations, and processing orders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide quotations and process orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Operate and maintain spreadsheets to track customer interactions and order progress * Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Produce weekly reports to monitor customer satisfaction and order trends * Raise contracts and discuss with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience **What We Offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive: * A competitive salary of £26,000 * Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8:45am - 5:30pm * Great additional benefits, including staff incentives and loyalty holidays * Employee Welfare Fund (company-funded social events) * Access to in-house Learning & Development team **About You** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in a customer-focused environment.
