We believe that by working together, we can achieve great things. **The Role** We're looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor who is relentless, curious, and customer-obsessed. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to emails, managing live chats, and proactively reaching out to customers to keep them happy and informed. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional service across all channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage live chats to resolve customer queries and concerns * Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience * Proactively reach out to customers to keep them informed and engaged * Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services to customers * Juggle multiple systems, both internal and external, to resolve customer issues * Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution * Share feedback and ideas for improvement to help us get even better at what we do **What You'll Bring:** * A background in retail, hospitality, or contact-centre customer support (or a similar field) * A commitment to delivering outstanding service and prioritizing customer satisfaction * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * A proactive, can-do attitude and serious problem-solving skills * The ability to wear multiple hats and juggle tasks efficiently * A comfort with up-selling and cross-selling arenaflex products and services * Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) **What's in it for You:** * Competitive salary: £27,430 base salary * Potential to earn up to £3000 in performance bonuses annually, paid out quarterly * Location: Our office is right in the heart of Bristol, a quick 5-minute walk from Temple Meads Station * Working model: Our office-first culture means most teams at arenaflex work 4+ days in the office - it's a little different for our customer service advisors who work 3+ days in the office with the flexibility of 2 days from home if they like (starting after you pass a 6-month probation period) * Hours: A 37.5-hour week with shifts Monday-Friday, rotating between 8am to 6pm.
