Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills, maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and protocols
Maintain a basic knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and offerings
Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database
Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support


Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma and have at least three to six months of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a digital intake environment. You should be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer navigation skills, PC knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues are essential.
