Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring that customer service delivered to arenaflex clients meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) * Clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and using decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer * Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with the customer * Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures * Maintaining basic knowledge of client products and/or services * Preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Offering additional products and/or services * Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking database * Responding to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally * Dependable with strong attention to detail * Skilled in multi-tasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly * Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently * Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner * Ability to rotate shifts, as needed Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Additional experience or skills may be required based on location and/or program * Familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environmentCareer Growth Opportunities As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and technical support * Work with a diverse range of clients and products, expanding your expertise and versatility * Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your performance and career prospects * Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Work Environment and Company Culture arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees.Our office is designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation, with amenities and resources to help you thrive.
