Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Contact Center team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inquiries about our products or services, following standard scripts, policies, and procedures. You will take inbound calls, LiveChat, and/or emails from customers regarding teacher certification programs, website issues, complaints, and other topics. Primary Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries across multiple programs, using various systems and resources, including computer systems, published materials, and websites. Identify customer needs and expectations, and provide prompt and accurate solutions to their problems. Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, escalating technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department as needed. Track and document inbound support requests using our established Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues. Maintain quality service by following established policies and procedures, and ensure proper security procedures are followed on all customer interactions. Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Required Knowledge and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Formal education or equivalent experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 18 months of customer service experience, with experience in a call center environment a plus. Knowledge of our products, services, and business operations, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), PC operations, web browsing, and web navigation. Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with Spanish language skills a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and good listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
