**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor, you'll be responsible for preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing, and reporting accounts payable/receivable transactions. You'll provide exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of billing records. • Collect patient payments and perform other duties as assigned, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts receivable transactions.
• Interpret insurance payments and correspondence, accurately applying payment rules and regulations.
• Process billing records within set timeframes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
• Meet departmental quality and production standards, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.

**Essential Qualifications:**
• 2-year experience in customer service working in the medical field, with a strong understanding of medical billing and insurance procedures.
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clients.
• Experience with MS Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience with ECW (e-Clinical Works), with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

**Compensation:**
The compensation range for this position is $37,200 - $51,200 per year, based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
