**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales & Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all arenaflex customers, cultivating and managing strong relationships with customers, and assisting customers with their questions and needs. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers, partnering with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working, and assisting with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all arenaflex customers
* Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
* Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
* Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
* Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
* Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
* Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus
* Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
* Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
* Inventory management experience helpful
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of wholesale and retail operations
* Familiarity with inventory management software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
