This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known company in the CPG industry and take your career to the next level. **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)** As an Experienced Customer Sales Executive for Amazon Protein, you will be responsible for developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership. This will involve collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support, leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth, and utilizing data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing growth strategies for Amazon Protein, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to capitalize on them * Collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support * Leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth * Utilizing data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies * Overseeing relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content * Managing and developing relationships with key customers and stakeholders * Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the success of the Amazon Protein partnership **What is Required (Qualifications)** To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. You will also need to have previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include: * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business * Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon * Strong business judgment and decision-making skills with proven P&L management experience * Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels * Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** While the above qualifications are essential for this role, there are also some preferred qualifications that will make you stand out as a strong candidate.
